Typically, empaths are able to give a detailed description of how they feel. They often hone in on a region of their body when describing how a person, place, thing or word(s) affect them. Everything is energy to empaths; this is a truth, not just a catchy new age saying coined by well-known mystics & authors.

Energy= answers to survival to an empath. Empaths people use the word "feel" quite often, and the word "see" is used to described how their physical & metaphysical eyes operate. Many empaths have the ability to touch a physical object & give information connected to it without knowing where it came from/who owns it etc... .

Empaths know how frustrating it is to exist in a world where their very existence is questioned because of their unique ability to hone in on dishonesty & information that goes unseen by so many. It can be hard for an empath to fit in but typically, they would rather feel safe all around & within & remain aware, than trade in for a life of numbness & blindness in order to appear normal.

Empathic people are often be called "wimpy" because of their heightened sensitivity. Your job with this is to build armor in character in order to protect your heightened awareness against those who try to drain it out of you & "toughen you up". Defend yourself when it's safe & if the energy feels unsafe, choose your battles wisely; walk away & continue to be as yourself in peace. People who try to force gentle & unique character traits out of other people aim to stop themselves from feeling the same trait.

Empathic Children(briefly): will often not respond to a person, child or adult, whose energy is too much for them. Empathic children tend to be very open about letting others know what/who they can handle even if it's withdrawing from the person, situation or place. Each child will respond differently and each reaction is directly connected to character traits within. Please understand that not all children are empaths. This is a common lie within the new age community told by many in order to protect their image.
