Just a reminder...

You don't have to wait until Spring to clean up/throw out/re-vamp. In fact, now is the perfect time to do it! 

This year has been SO heavy for so many of us. Even if the entire year wasn't all bad, there were enough "world family" events that shook us up.

Take some time to clear out clutter, give things away(or sell them), refresh and/or minimize your space(s). You'll feel so much better. You deserve to feel light & free.

Also, please reach out to the ones you love. Just show/tell them that you love them. If you know of someone who is mourning & you are close enough to the person, tell them "I love you." 

Saying "I love you" when someone is mourning or feeling sad about a loss can really help the person come back into the moment of being in your care. 

You've endured. You are strong & you are loved.
