Mercury Retrograde & Dealing With The Heavy Energy | almamyrtle.com

Right now the energy is very heavy. Fights may have erupted, you may have heard back from old friends, exes or someone you had a disagreement with... or maybe you wish you could hear back from some but they are holding back out of pride, fear, resentment or hurt...see? They're hurting too.

Some people are experiencing depression and bad dreams...

This is tough stuff but remember that these are signals for you to take note of. Take inventory of your life and seek to change, elevate, simplify & remove what no longer serves you.

Also, ask for help; you can't go it alone. You were never meant to. You are not meant to. Reach out to the ones you trust and be honest. They'll have your back. If they don't move onto to a different more stable minded source of support.

Things that no longer serve your higher good can be some of the following:

1) The link between you and another person

2) Objects in your home including furniture,clothing, messy areas

3) Silence (open up lines of communication)

4) Certain types of foods or beverages

5) Poor scheduling(take control of your scheduling habits and keep your health and happiness in mind)

6) Playlist(make a new one. One that makes you happy. Be brave and find new music)

7) Worrying (pray about it and let it go. If you don't want to pray, create a game for yourself to engage in when you start to feel yourself worrying)

8) Taking it all on by yourself (Ask for help from safe and reliable sources,friends, family)

9) Avoiding water( hydrated with H2O. It will help you to release toxins from your body. These toxins add to the heaviness & lack of self-control)

10) Not allowing your breath to flow (Try the 4, 7 ,8 breathing technique by Dr. Andrew Weil

11) Inactivity (stay active. Don't lay in bed for too long. Get up and open the window. Look out into the distance and up at the sky in order to release pressure in your head and eyes)

12) Holding on too tight (If you don't have a lot of money and you feel like you have to hold onto every single bit of it, you are suffocating your financial flow. Spend a little bit on something that you truly love and you'll find that once you have it, you know that you really needed it)

13) Not paying attention to your body( the body sends signals. pay attention to how your body reacts when you drink & eat. Also,pay attention to how words affect your physical health)

14) Talking too much (Get silent. Listen a little more)

The body can heal itself. It's designed to diagnose itself and simultaneously find a cure.

Please don't blame yourself and/or struggle with false perceptions that mask the hard work that you have been doing.

Mercury goes retrograde next Wednesday (Aug. 30th). Please remember that you are experiencing life in the human body. You are not your body and you are observing & learning from a high state of being. A state of existence that cannot be destroyed by ego,sadness, anger or hatred. This state of being is your soul. You spirit. It is who you are and who you will always be.
