Practicing "happy thinking" is tuning into God within you.

As soon as negative thoughts come in, deflect them with positive sayings about yourself, the situation or the person. Doing this will drastically change the chemistry of the problem. Furthermore, thinking positively will take a load off of your chest.

You'll feel much lighter & it will make it easier for you to be kind & open to others. When you open up & allow your sweetness to come through for yourself, you are actually helping a lot of people all at once without feeling burdened. :)
