This is a brief message. I will have more to read in regard to helping those who constantly worry and helping yourself if you are a worrier.

There are many people out there who ‪‎worry‬ all day long & don't even realize it...or they do but they feel like it's the safest way to think within the situation.

They make themselves ill & then they can't understand why they are so exhausted of the time. These people just need a hand in remembering that they are cared for & that more help is on the way.

Do you know someone like this? Are you this kind of person? If so, please know that I truely understand & that you are good enough. You are safe. There's no need to worry or imprison your mind in fear. There is a need for comfort here. Kindness toward yourself has a place here, sweetheart.

For those of you who can easily break free from worrying, reach out & help someone who cannot. Help that person to take a break. Use gentle words, make them ‪‎laugh‬, ‪‎encourage‬ them or simply ‪acknowledge‬ the‪ ‎amazing‬ ways in which they have helped you.

Take deep breaths and please remember that your inner strength is far more powerful than fear.

You are steady and you are safe.
