Please take care of yourself & get checked out. Check your body & your mind. If you feel like something is wrong, if you keep having dreams about something being wrong or if you are still hurt over something in your life, please get help. You are allowed to need help.

There is nothing wrong with needing a hand in life. Don't be ashamed to reach out. We all need a hand in life.
