In support of Charleston:

The families of the victims have said that they forgive the killer. They are broken & sad inside but they forgive & they pray. They ask God for guidance strength. I'll bet some of you might think that this is ignorance mixed with religion coming out of them. It's not. It's wisdom & strength. It's an agreement between them & God that you do not know about.

So, before you throw rocks at them by judging their way of getting through this difficult time, remember that your hardened view is also causing them pain. Will you be one of many who think that they are foolish for praying & forgiving "so easily"? Maybe you are but please remember that you do not know their path & why they agreed to walk it with God.

What a thing...

to be bullied by people who say that they support you, but then beat you down for talking to God. You do not have to believe in the power of prayer or God, but it would be of great service to yourself & these families to provide full support, instead of partial support coupled with bullying & angry solutions.

Before you judge these people, please stop & remember that you are not in their shoes & that you can learn from all of this & them regardless of your faith or lack thereof.

Thanks.
