If you have thought about getting therapy to help you with things that are troubling you but you’re too afraid or you feel like you won’t be heard, try art therapy. Art therapy is great especially for those who work in the reading arts and/or do healing work. It feels a little less traditional & it’s great because you work with paint,clay & other fun tools. I know it seems a little odd for a seer/writer to post about this type of therapy but the reality of it is, you live in the physical realm & on this journey, you have endured things with people who sought to miss understand you. To disregard your sensitivity in an attempt to mold you into what they can understand. There’s a stigma toward traditional therapy within the new age community, but art therapy is really cool & of course when you link up with a great therapist, this type of healing can be beneficial. And if you had the unfortunate experience of seeing a therapist who prove to be unhelpful, it’s safe to give it another try especially if your intuition is telling you that it’s OK. Remember: You are a healer, but you musn’t shy away from allowing another healer to help you mend…even if that healer doesn’t read the same books that you read. Welcome change, don’t pin it all on yourself & see the physical world around you as part of your picture.
